RAJADHANI INSTITUTE OF HOTEL MANAGEMENT AND CATERING TECHNOLOGY, the first hotel management institute approved by AICTE and affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University was established in the year 2018, Located in Thiruvananthapuram it is situated in Nagaroor, Attingal.
The BHMCT course consists of four year of study, spanning 8 semesters leading to internship with global brands in the last semester, with hands on training the career prospects in hospitality enriched.
The college facilitates the students with well-equipped laboratories and kitchen to carry out their practical sessions. A restaurant is designed to teach them the style of F&B services. The curriculum includes in-depth laboratory work for students to ensure the acquisition of requisite knowledge and skill sets in the operational areas of all the core departments in a hotel.
Non academic, skills, associated with a positive educational outcome is highly promoted along with the tight woven syllabus. Proficiency in non-academic skills can be attained if promoted which is inevitable for an overall development of an individual. Non- academic experiences like extracurricular activities and holding leadership position have a bigger influence in moulding a student.
