Expert Talk – Customer Care and Complaint Handling.

Our Students had the opportunity to attend an expert talk from industry professional on the topic of customer care and complaint handling. The speaker MS Anu Kunchappan brought valuable insights and real world experience to the discussion. Providing students with strategies for effectively managing customer interactions. They discussed the various touch points in the guest experience from booking and check in to dining and other activities and stressed the need of consistency and attention to detail at every step.

Listening to customer, acknowledging their concerns and taking proactive steps to resolve the issue in a timely and satisfactory manner were emphasized.
